Service Terms & Conditions

  1. ‘Laundry Place’ will always put its best efforts to maintain high standards of quality, hygiene& personalized attention. ‘Laundry Place’ shall not be held responsible for damage arising due to items that cannot withstand normal cleaning process i.e colour bleeding, shrinkage, damaged embroidery & embellishments, weak fabric, tear& heavy stained during laundry or dry-cleaning. We follow “NO CLAIM POLICY”.
  2. Wash, Dry & Fold service is for regular/daily items. Kindly refrain from giving items for dry-cleaning or items that require individual attention under this service. Such items can be booked under dry-cleaning service.
  3. Please check all pockets before handing over the items. ‘Laundry Place’ will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings.
  4. Every effort will be made for removal of stains. However 100% stain removal cannot be guaranteed.
  5. As it is not possible to examine each item at the time of receiving, all items are thoroughly examined at our workshop/store and any report from the workshop/store about the condition of the item received will be informed to client before processing and the same shall be final and accepted.
  6. Every effort is made to deliver items on time, unless faced by unforeseen incidents beyond our control. In such case client is not entitled to any compensation or reduction in service charges. Delivery date and service charges remain final as printed on invoice.
  7. Any lost or damage must be brought to notice within 24 hours of delivery. In case of lost or damaged item a maximum liability of 5 times the service charge will be compensated for.
  8. Unclaimed items would be safely kept with us for a maximum period of 14days after which ‘Laundry Place’ will not be responsible for the same.
  9. These service terms & conditions are binding. No agent or employee of ‘Laundry Place’ has any authority to alter or vary them in any way.
  10. All Taxes & Levies are additional as applicable. Service terms & conditions, subject to change without prior notice. Legal disputes, if any, will be subject to Pune jurisdiction.
